Minimum of two years of verifiable driver experience
No more than one speeding ticket per year in the last three years
No DUI or DWIA in the last three years
No careless or reckless driving in the last three years
Not more than one moving violation per year for the last three years
Not more than one DOT reportable/preventable accident in the last
three years. Not more than one preventable accident in the last three years
HazMat endorsement
Age not to exceed five years
Maximum weight 20,000 lbs.
Must pass DOT annual and monthly inspections, plus emissions test
Maximum 270" wheel base, 244" wheel base for Canadian dispatches
